Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is handled by the outside provider that supplies results, rather than retained on our servers as a search log. A message sent to us contains the information you choose to include and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services create routine logs, such as IP address, browser category, page requests, and time of visit. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited information to run and maintain the service, address faults, measure general traffic, and improve its reference material. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual visitor profiles are not created.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 541, gives qualifying Texas consumers rights regarding a covered private controller's data, including access, correction, deletion, and certain opt-outs. Because this service retains very little, a request normally concerns contact correspondence or available logs. Use the Contact page to make one. Public records held by Texas, Nueces County, or municipal custodians are not controlled here; direct any correction or removal request to the actual custodian.
Updates to This Policy
Policy revisions will appear here. Continued use after a posted revision is acceptance of the updated policy.
